Apple Fritter Cake

Ingredients

Batter:

  • 3 c Flour
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1 c sugar
  • 4 tsp baking powder
  • 1-1/2 c milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tsp vanilla
  • 1/2 c WOWBUTTER
  • 1/2 c butter, melted

 

Middle Layer:

  • 6 small sized apples - peeled, corded and diced

 

Topping:

  • 1 c butter softened
  • 1 c brown sugar
  • 2 tbsp flour
  • 1 tbsp cinnamon

Glaze:

  • 2 cups powdered sugar
  • 5 tbsp milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla

Drizzle:

  • Slightly warmed WOWBUTTER

How to Prepare

Mix all the batter ingredients together, once incorporated place batter into a greased 13 x 9 pan. Add diced apples on top of the batter and then add topping.

 

Place in a 350ºF preheated oven and bake for 40 mins.

 

Let the cake slightly cool and then add warmed WOWBUTTER and glaze.
