CONSUMER SAMPLE APPLICATION

Due to the overwhelming number of sample requests we receive your sample application will be put on a waiting list until it is reviewed. Once reviewed, a notification will be sent to you indicating whether your application has been approved to receive a sample or not.

If approved, you will receive two single serve WOWBUTTER samples as shown at right in an envelope with a small information insert. The majority of samples arrive undamaged, but please contact us if your sample arrives damaged. We try to get the samples out as soon as possible, but occasionally it may take up to 6 weeks to receive your request.

As a small family business, we cannot always fulfill the number of sample requests we get each day and not everyone will be approved to receive a sample. Incomplete address, invalid email address and duplicate requests may be removed.
