In one bowl mix WOWBUTTER, brown sugar & salt together until light and fluffy. Set aside.

In a separate bowl (I used a metal bowl that I placed in the fridge before hand to keep it cool, as it was a very hot day outside) Mix 1/4 cup cream and continue to mix while slowly adding in a 2nd 1/4 cup of cream, then finally add the remaining 1/2 cup (slowly) of cream, sugar & vanilla. Keep mixing until peeks have formed.

Fold in a couple scoops at a time of the whipped cream into the WOWBUTTER mixture, fold until fully incorporated.

You can either place in a bowl right away or place in the fridge until you are ready to serve.
