Pretzel Bites

     
Dough Cooking Water Topping Filling Mix yeast and warm water together and let sit for 1 min.
Add salt, sugar and butter into yeast after it has rested and mix (if you have a stand mixer with dough hooks this will make the work alot easier but you can hand mix everything as well).
Slowly add in the flour using the low speed on your mixer.  If the dough is still sticking to the bottom just add a little more flour until it stop sticking.
Lightly flour a section of your clean counter top and knead dough for five minutes.
Shape into a ball and place in a lightly oiled bowl, cover with a clean kitchen towel and let sit for 10 mins in a warm area.
Cut the dough into 6 sections and roll with your hands into long rolls and than cut each roll into 1" bite size pieces.
Bring water and baking soda to a rapid boil and drop in 6-8 bites for 20 sec, remove with a slotted spoon and than place directly onto a parchment paper lined cookie sheet.
Combine water & egg to create a wash, brush over all pieces and add a little coarse salt.
Place in a 425ºf preheated oven and bake for about 15 mins or until golden.
Remove from oven and let cool enough so that you can handle them to add the WOWBUTTER
Fill an icing bag with WOWBUTTER (I used a #32 icing tip) push tip into the bite and squeeze desired amount of WOWBUTTER into the bite.
